Is all of your fabric 100% cotton?
Yes, we only buy 100% cotton for our store... and sometimes flannel on accident.
What is the width of your fabric?
All of our fabric is 42-45" wide. We also offer 108" backings which are listed in a separate specialty department.
Where are you located?
We are an online only store with no store front, but we operate out of Houston, Tx.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are processed within 1-3 days. Orders placed Friday afternoon or later will processed and shipped by Monday.
How is my order shipped?
We ship orders via USPS. We currently service all 50 states as well as multiple international locations.
US/Guam/Puerto Rico/US Virgin Islands Shipping Rates:
$5 Flat Rate Shipping
Free Shipping on orders $100+
Orders 15oz and under ship via First Class. All other packages ship Priority Mail.
An $8 resend fee is required if your order is returned to us as undeliverable and you would like it to be mailed out again.
*Canada/Mexico Shipping Rates:
Up to 9 yards: $25
10-19 yards: $45
20-29 yards: $60
*UK Shipping Rates:
Up to 9 yards: $35
10-19 yards: $70
We are no longer shipping to Australia, New Zealand and EU countries
*If cheaper shipping options are available through UPS Ground, I will notify you and provide a refund for the difference.
For ALL international orders:
All packages are shipped as merchandise. Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
All prices are in US dollars. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.
Once your order has left the country, we will not be able to track your package and will not provide refunds or credits for lost orders. If your package is returned to us, you will need to pay for the shipping to have it resent to you.
My order is incorrect or missing an item. What should I do?
You have 7 days from the date your package is delivered to contact us about incorrect or missing items. Please email us at [email protected] with all questions and concerns and we will respond within 24-48 hours.
Please make sure you unfold all fabrics in your package. We fold them into each other.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer the option to return fabric, however, if the fabric arrives damaged or the description is incorrect on our website, please email us at [email protected] to discuss refund or replacement options.
Do you ever offer sales or specials on your fabric?
Yes, signing up for our newsletter is the best way to stay up to date on all of our sales and promotions. Newsletters are typically sent out every other week.
